    This includes training in customizing email templates, a process to follow as to when payment request emails should be sent out; it also includes specific phone training, customized for your business, to maximize quick payment recovery, while insuring the customer relationship is maintained.

  • Setting Expectations For Employee Performance

    This is one of the most important modules that we coach our customers on. Lack of clear employee expectations go hand in hand with a lack of accountability. Together, they are two primary reasons for underperforming employees, reduced profitability and dysfunctional teams.

    Using a specific approach to define Employee Expectations (a.k.a. “EEs“) to ensure employees are clear on what’s expected of them.

    This enables the second part of the process, which allows owners, leaders and managers to hold their employees accountable for both their performance and behavior.

    While most managers and their employees often see each other multiple times on a daily basis, often there is no effective Collaboration between them. More importantly it provides key strategies and process steps to begin holding your employees and teams accountable.
